are handmade by me to order, so please allow for slight variations and please also note that colours can vary from one computer
to another! Every effort has been taken to describe and display my products accurately.

Warning! Please note that there may be small parts on some of my cards that are not suitable
for children under 3years! All goods should be treated with respect in the presence
of young children.
4… Orders are subject
to material availability. If there are any problems with supplies, you will be
notified and a similar item of the same quality will be offered.
5… I reserve the
right to change and improve my designs, specifications and components without prior notice.
This will not affect orders already submitted!
6… Prices are reviewed
from time to time and can be subject to change.
7… It is vitally
important that all proof work is thoroughly checked for spelling and accuracy by you and perhaps a little help from a friend. Your order can only proceed when all proofs have been signed and returned with your
deposit.
8… If any amendments
are necessary after you have already checked and signed the proofs, then there will be an additional charge for this!
9… Ordering is simple
and can be done online via a secure paypal shopping cart. This enables you to
make payments via debit or credit cards, echeques or paypal account funds. Alternatively,
you can fill the order form and forward payment to me in the form of a cheque or postal order.
10…Orders should be accompanied with a deposit of £50 and is non-refundable
should you decide to cancel your order at any stage. Your deposit will be deducted
from your outstanding balance on completion of your order. Full payment is required
for orders under £100, please.

Arranging the delivery date for your order will
be arranged once your deposit has been made.
12… If you have paid for any samples, then this amount will be
deducted from your final bill.
13… Payment for the outstanding balance is required ten days prior
to your order delivery date, please.
14… Please allow between 7 to 10 days for clearance of cheques.
15… Orders can generally take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete
depending of course on the size and complexity of the order. Urgent orders
will incur an additional fee for the extra hours needed to process your order!
16… It is difficult to assess the postal charges! - quite often
it is necessary to send certain items of your order at different intervals…as and when required…or because you
are waiting for details for…Order of Service…Menu…Table Plan, etc.
You will only be charged the actual postal cost for each individual package sent.
I will not charge you any extra for the packaging, as a goodwill gesture!
17… Delivery of orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
or Special Next Day Delivery.
A
signature will be required.
18… I take great care to ensure that safe and appropriate packaging
and delivery methods are used. I must stress however, that I shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring to your order whilst it is in transit,
or consequential loss (es) as a result of the same.
